How it works
A real-time view of the day's workload
Orders assigned, in progress and ready to dispatch - all on one screen. Overdue orders flagged in red.
Pick lists on the device, not the printer
Each picker sees only their queue. Tapping an order shows every line - product, quantity, location. Status updates live as picks are completed.
Pick progress at a glance
Every line shows its status - picked, partial or outstanding - with a running counter as you work through the order.
Scan to pick
Scan a barcode, Merchanter finds the order line and records the pick. Partial picks are flagged in amber - recorded accurately at the time, not discovered later.
