Buyer limits on Purchase Orders (Build 3438)
When placing purchase orders any user can build a Draft Purchase Order of any value, but if the value is above their purchase limit, a senior user needs to confirm the purchase order using their authorisation PIN.
Setting Buyer limits
You can set the Buyer Limits in the 'Purchases' menu under 'Purchasing Limits'
Enter the buyers purchase value limit in the right hand column.
This limit is the purchase value including VAT
