When adding a sale for a customer the system will check if there are any live quotes for this customer for the current product. If there are you will see a pop up offering details of the quote, so you can either use the quoted price, of skip and carry on pricing in the normal way.
Setting the quote lookup
In Settings > Organisation Settings > Financial Ledger
Double Click into the Ledger and select the 'Ledger Options' tab and the 'Orders' tab within that.
If checked, when a user adds a product to a sales order for a customer the system checks to see if there are any active quotes they may wish to use for pricing the line. If there are they are prompted whether to use the quoted price or can skip and use standard pricing.
NOTE: When checked it will lookup quotes for Account and Cash customers but exclude quotes for Trade Counter Cash Customers
