Stock Check a Product

Checking a Product's Stock information allows greater management of proposed products and will be quick to retrieve in the system.

This video gives an overview of a Stock Checking a Product.

On your Merchanter system you can:

· Find a Product via; Global search/Customer/Supplier/Recent order

· Stock Tab

· Review Stock Information

Physical – In stock

Allocated – Assigned to orders

Free – Physical minus Allocated

Confidence Rating – indicates likelihood of correct stock quantity (affected by factors overtime, will degrade from starting point 100%)

· Review physical stock

· Locations – adjust count schedule

· Movements
